Christmas 2008

What a family! We love to get together at Christmas. We all got together at noon and had a great meal and then the children opened their presents. After that the adults put all their gifts in the middle and chose a gift one at a time and had the chance to steal from each other . It was a lot of fun. The children put together a nativity program. It was really cute. We really have a lot of talented grandchildlren.

I was just remembering and missing Grandma & Grandpa Howard and decided to put some pictures of their beautiful ornaments that are now in our house

I just wanted to let my family know how much I love each of them. I am so thankful for each of our grandchildren and love them so much. We love watching them grow up and love to go watch them in their plays, school events, dance recitals and sports events. Our lives would be so empty without them. It is so much fun to all get together and see them all perform and show us how talented they are. they are all growing up too fast. You parents are doing a great job of raising them with the right values and outlook on life. Keep up the GREAT JOB.

Mason loves his birthday cake!

We had Mason's first birthday party at our house. He was so cute! We had an Italian dinner and then had cake and ice cream. Courtney found Grandma's camera in a little red box and got a $20 reward (just because I finally bought a new camera).

Fall yard clean up

Jerry is pullling out the flowers in our front flower bed. It is so nice to have him home for a while. I really put him to good use. He is wonderful about doing projects he knows I want done.

It's great to finally have the stucco, the windows and the front door finished.

Family is the best ever!

Howard Family Get-together

The family all got together at "Steuart's Grand Recreation Park & Lodge" and had a great time. We took the Loopy ride up to Cascade Springs & then went on a picnic, where we had a "bee-licious" lunch. There is such thing as a free lunch. I proved it with my "freebee" lunch and my swollen lip. YUM!
We all had a great time and got to know each other better.

Renovations

We just got new sofa's for our living room. We also got a new rug. Its about time. Our seventies entry doors are now gone and into the 2000's.

They still need to be finished and painted.

Trip to LA

We had a great trip to LA. We stayed at Grandma's with Tom and his family. We got to go watch a television show they are making that Tom is in. (Grandma loved it. She was such a good sport)

Long Time, Lots happened

Hello, We spent Christmas with Ken's family since our kitchen was torn apart. Ken read the Christmas story from the Bible. The children loved placing the figures on the coffee table.
Jerry's father and mother both died within 8 days of each other we really miss them alot, but know that they are much happier where they are now. Tom, Thomas and Taylor came to visit us after Christmas for a week . It was great for the cousin to reaquaint with each other. We really enjoyed it
