Our Cruise to the Bahama's

I

On November 2nd 2013 we flew with Jerry and Angela to Orlando Florida.  The next day we went aboard the Carnival Sensation for a cruise of the Bahamas.  We went  to 2 different Islands, Freeport and Nassau.   We
spent 4 days and 3 nights  on the ship

Joy and Jerry arriving on the Sensation.  It was a beautiful ship.

Jerry and Jerry out snorkeling at Freeport.  They had a blast.
Jerry (dad) found a Conch and tried to bring it home but it was
still occupied so he put it back.

Jerry, Joy, Angela, and Jerry.  What a great time we had.
The Bahama's were gorgeous.  Jerry (dad)  came to America
on a ship when he was a little boy and this is the first time he
has been on a cruise since then.  He really loved the chance
to see the open ocean and loved exploring the ship.

I got to go on two business trips with Jerry.  One trip was Vegas and Los Angeles.
The other trip was Reno and San Francisco.  We had a fun time and got some time
to relax and get some rest.

We stayed at the Tuscany Suites in Vegas.

It was great to visit with my mother.

We spent a day at Carmel by the Sea and
went to a fun little fish restaurant, and
 saw some fun art galleries.

I got to go on a cruise with my daughter Julie and four of her five children.  We went on a
Royal Caribbean ship called Freedom of the Seas. We went first to the Universal City in
Orlando and then we went to four islands.  They were Haiti, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and
Cozumel Mexico.  It was a great experience and I got to know some of my grandchildren
better.  They were a lot of fun.  I got to spend some fun time with my daughter Julie also.

My Mother and Father have a beautiful stone on their grave site.
It is located in the American Fork Cemetery.  We sure do all
miss our Father.

My Fathers funeral was very nice.  He has had Alzheimers
for about 5 years and was finally able to go and live with his
Father in Heaven.
We will all miss him.
